I have started doing a new lifestyle vlog on my You Tube channel about my journey with Weight Watchers and how I maintain a sugar free diet. I am uploading weekly vlogs updating you on my progress, and how I am finding it.

Throughout my teen years I yo-yo dieted, and in my late teens I went from a size 26 jeans down to a size 14!! This was one of the best things I did, for my body and my mind. Since then I have had two beautiful children and gone up and down with my pregnancy weight. When my youngest (Emme) was 6 months old, I decided it was time to start trying to be healthy again. That was when I joined Weight Watchers. Since January and I have lost just over two stone in weight, and completed a 0-5k, 10 week running course. I am working hard to loose that last stone and feel more happy in myself.

To me it is more than just loosing weight and getting rid of those last pregnancy pounds. Its about being healthier, happier and having a positive mindset. To be the best I can be for me… and my little ones.
